Upper deck or corner and end zone is around $100 unless you know someone, craigslist.org might have them cheaper.

according to the site I linked below (the 49ers home page) tickets start at $59 a seat.

Honestly though, attendance rates have been so dire you might have better luck (and cheaper prices!) using a place like Stubhub or TicketStumbler.
